So having finally gotten some of my work out of the way, I’m hoping for a quieter semester 2, which means slightly more blogging, theres even a few I’ve drafted on their way. Including my review of the Nexus Prime (or Samsung Galaxy Nexus), a few different apps, and the Canon 600D I shall be off to purchase tomorrow, however in the mean time;

I know, I’m not an iPhone fan, as you may gather reading back through my posts, I’m quite a follower of the Android OS, (I say again Nexus post coming soon) And not to mention this post is a week or so late. But along with the John Lewis ad I posted a month or so back, This has been one of the top ad’s I’ve seen this season. Recently voted in fact, most effective advert of the Christmas season.

Okay, so after finally being reconnected to the internet, *insert long list of expletives, here.*

Anyway, in my boredom I’ve cleared out the favourites on my browser, and found some cool bits and pieces to post for you guys, we’ll start with this gentleman

His name is Jay Funk, and he performs a style of choreography that you perhaps haven’t seen before ‘Finger Tutting’.

He was used by Samsung, and brought to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S II in Paris, France. He’s since also been used on the TV Advert.

Google Nexus S

I first entered the world of Android 18 months ago, with a shiny new HTC Hero. This was, in honesty, a phone I never really settled well with.  Yes, I was still running Android 1.5, but it felt chunky, and features like the camera were pretty poor.  It felt more like an experiment than an “iPhone killer,” a phrase that has been bounded around a lot in the smart phone world, but does the brand new Nexus S come close?
